BRICK Workout
Every Thursday starting May 31 to September 14
Guelph Lake Conservation area, meet at main beach parking lot
6:15 to 7:45pm (6:15 to 8:30pm extended workout option)
Bike/Run workout lead by two coaches, workouts designed for every level from beginner triathlete to experienced and even those new to fitness in general. There will always be one designated coach per workout to help those new to cycling/triathlon for more hands-on coaching on technique.
