Special Workshops are open to both GTC Annual Membership holders and non-GTC members.
GTC Members $100 per 4-week Workshop or $30 drop-in rate
non-Members $120 per 4-week Workshop or $35 drop-in rate
For insurance purposes, all participants must be members of Triathlon Ontario to be able to register for the 4-week Workshop when registering online; optionally for those wishing to do drop-in, you can shop your proof of TO membership or purchase a single-day TO membership upon drop-in.

The BRIC workout is lead by Miguel Vadillo, the Club’s Head Coach, and master of creating fun and effective workouts that are inclusive of athletes of all fitness levels.
Each workout will also include core strength training lead by Katie White who is passionate about helping people be more fit to perform their best in any sport.
The cycling component is held indoors using your own road bike and bike trainer. The run component will take place outside, so bring a warmer layer with you. The core workout will be indoors as well.
This workout is ideal for anyone wanting to work on their overall endurance and is appropriate for all triathletes of any goal distance from try-a-tri to Ironman. Even long distance runners coming off or trying to avoid injury will benefit from the cross training.
