DESCRIPTION:Guelph Victors is an adult running club for runners who want to improve their fitness and running performance. \nThe GTC Leadership Team strongly encourages all members to join Guelph Victors\, as this Club offers exceptional training and value for your membership. Benefits include access to Winter Indoor Track sessions\, Summer Outdoor Track programs\, Tuesday Tempo Runs\, RWXGV Sunday Long Runs\, and a variety of time trials and special events to keep you motivated. \nTuesday Summer Outdoor Track is a great way to build up for your season. The season kicks off April 21 and runs through October. \nDetails:\nWhen: Every Tuesday through to October\, starting April 21\nTime: 6 PM & 6:45 PM – Both sessions are the same workout\nLocation: St. James Track\, 278 Grange Rd.\, Guelph \nTrack Rules: We run the workout counterclockwise. Please stay to the inside of the track unless passing. Do a shoulder check when changing lanes. For safety\, be sure to give enough room to the person you are passing when moving back into the lane. \nVisit Guelph Victors to learn more\, or join the Victors so you can be part of this wonderful running community! \n
