DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Eramosa River Trail parkrun for a 5 km+ run each Saturday morning! \nEramosa River Trail parkrun is a free\, fun\, and friendly weekly 5 km community event held every Saturday at 9:00 am. Walk\, jog\, run\, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you! The event takes place at Eramosa River Trail\, 85 York Road in Guelph. \nGTC members can meet up for parkrun on the York Road Park side of the covered bridge at 8:55 am\, or at 9:40 am if you’d like to extend your run. \nPlease visit Eramosa River Trail parkrun to register for the run and obtain a barcode so you can track your progress and access your results.

SUMMARY:GTC Club BRIC Workout
DESCRIPTION:GTCs Wednesday BRIC (bike and run) workouts are led by two certified NCCP Triathlon Coaches\, and are designed for beginner\, experienced\, and competitive triathletes\, as well as those who are new to fitness. \nThe BRIC workouts will run from April 22 through to October 28 (weather permitting)\, with memberships remaining active until the end of the year. \nParticipants will complete the workouts at their own pace\, with a designated coach available at each session to provide additional support and hands-on guidance\, especially for those new to triathlon. \nWhat to Bring\n\nBike (in good working condition)\nBike Helmet (mandatory)\nBike Shoes\nBike Gloves (if you have them)\nCycling/Running Socks\nTowel or Small Mat (for transition)\nRunning Shoes\nWatch\nWater/Hydration\nNutrition (Snacks)\nPost-Workout Nutrition\nSunglasses/Sunscreen\nHat (if needed when running)\n\nNote: Please arrive early to allow enough time to check your bike\, pump your tires\, warm up\, and receive workout instructions from the coach.
