This race is geared to all swimmers\, beginners and experienced. The courses are set the closest to shore we can. \nEvents Details: \n\n7:00 am 10km Swim\n7:05 am 5km Swim\n9:00 am 1.5km Swim\n9:45 am 800m Swim\n10:00 am 2km Paddle\n10:20 am 400m Swim\n10:45 am SWIM PADDLE RACE\n400m SWIM-1Km SUP- 400m SWIM- 1Km SUP Relay or Solo\n11:30 am SUP 100m SPRINT RACES\n\nThe temperature of the water is pretty constant with a variation of + – 3 degrees celsius from 20C. We really hope to see most of you there!

DESCRIPTION:Both the outdoor BRIC workouts and the BEGINNER’S TRIATHLON CLINIC include bike and run workouts led by two certified NCCP triathlon coaches. \nThe BRIC workouts are designed for the beginner\, experienced\, or competitive triathlete and even those new to fitness.\nParticipants will complete the workouts at their own pace. There will always be one designated coach per workout to help those who are new to triathlon with more hands-on coaching. \nWhat to bring? \n\nBike – (whatever you have will do for now)\nBike helmet\nRunning shoes +/or bike shoes\nBike gloves (if you have them)\nSocks\nSunglasses\nWater bottle\nPost-workout nutrition\nWatch\nHat (if needed when running)
