SUMMARY:Open Water Coached Swim
DESCRIPTION:GTC’s regular weekly Open Water Endurance Swim workout. A lifeguard and kayak are present at every swim. \n✔️ Swimmers must stick to the designated swim times (see below).\n🚫 No swimming outside of these times is permitted. \n⏳ Please pace your session so you can finish your final lap and exit the water before the swim time ends.\n❌ Lingering in the water after the session ends is not allowed. \nLet’s respect the space\, each other’s time\, and keep things running smoothly for all! \n🏊‍♀️ Designated Swim Times\n🕔 Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30 AM\n🌅 Thursday: 6:00 – 7:30 PM\n☀️ Sunday: 7:00 – 8:30 AM \n🛑 Please plan to finish your final lap and exit the water before the session ends. \nNote:  \nTuesday and Sunday morning endurance swims are not instructed. These swims are a great opportunity for members of all abilities to practice swim techniques and swim at your own pace.
