DESCRIPTION:This regular workout will be replaced with a Mock Triathlon Race Simulation and is open to all GTC members!  \nParticipants will have an opportunity to practice race-day routines\, transitions\, pacing\, and preparation in a supportive and realistic training environment. Come prepared with everything you would bring for race day — gear\, nutrition\, and a great attitude! \nWhat to Bring\n\nBike (in good working condition)\nBike Helmet (mandatory)\nBike Shoes\nBike Gloves (if you have them)\nCycling/Running Socks\nTowel or Small Mat (for transition)\nRunning Shoes\nWatch\nWater/Hydration\nNutrition (Snacks)\nPost-Workout Nutrition\nSunglasses/Sunscreen\nHat (if needed when running)\n\nNote: Please arrive early to set up your bike and gear\, and warm up. Park entry fees into the Guelph Lake Conservation may apply.

SUMMARY:Guelph Lake II - Subaru Triathlon Series
DESCRIPTION:The second visit to Guelph Lake Conservation Area is the perfect way to cap off your season on the Labour Day long weekend! \nThe sprint distance features a 750m Swim\, 30km Bike\, and a 7km Run that never leaves the park!  The Try-A-Tri features a 375m Swim\, 10km Bike\, 2.5km Run and is one of the most popular of its kind.  Duathlon\, Relay and Swim/Bike options are available as well! \nYou will see many GTC athletes at this event\, whether they’re volunteering\, racing or cheering on our GTC Team. Many members from GTCs Beginner Triathlon Clinic will be trying a triathlon for their very first time. \nVisit Subaru Triathlon Series to learn more about the Guelph Lake II Triathlon races\, or register for an event!
