Pool Swimming – Swim Technique
Every Wednesday starting January 4 to May 24
8:00pm to 9:00pm, but please be on deck by 7:55pm for an overview of the workout

In-door Group Cycle
Every Tuesday starting January 3 to April 11
7:00pm to 8:00pm
University of Guelph, Guelph Gryphons Athletic Centre (GGAC), Room 3216
We use the University’s stationary Schwin spin bikes, running shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips
2017 Summer Schedule (Included in Annual Membership)
Every Thursday from April 27 to May May 25, and then switching to Wednesdays from May 31 to September 14.
Guelph Lake Conservation area, meet at main beach parking lot.
6:15pm to 7:45pm (or 8:30pm extended workout option)
Bike/ Run workout lead by two coaches, workouts designed for every level from beginner triathlete to experienced and even those new to fitness in general. There will always be one designated coach per workout to help those new to cycling/ triathlon for more hands-on coaching on technique.
Open Water Swimming
Every Thursday starting June 1 to mid-September
Guelph Lake Conservation Area, meet at main beach
6:00pm to 7:30pm
From 6:00pm to 6:30pm the focus will be on open water swim technique.
From 6:30pm to 7:30pm, all swimmers will have the option of continuing on with technique or option to for swim fitness/ endurance workout.
Swim is lead by GTC’s head coach Miguel Vadillo, highly experienced and talented open water swimmer. Go ahead and google his name to learn more about him!
Sunday Endurance Swim/ Bike
Every Sunday starting May 28 to mid-September
Guelph Lake Conservation Area
7:45am to 8:45am open water swim with option to do short-course by buoy line or do beach to beach (2km total) swim with group lead by kayak.
9:00am to 10:30am sanctioned bike ride lead by coach with hill and interval options.
