This is your opportunity to get a Quarry warm up or a continuous 30 minute swim workout.
Open Water Swim Technique: 6:30-7:30 PM
GTC’s open water swim technique is led by Coach Miguel Vadillo. Members will learn stroke techniques, sighting skills, race tactics such as swim starts, positioning and drafting, and other tips that will help to improve your confidence and performance on race day!
