GTC’s Spring and Summer Beginner Triathlon Clinics will help you prepare for your first triathlon or help you get back in the game and sharpen your skills.
At GTC, we bring together the disciplines of swimming, biking, and running to help you thrive in the sport of triathlon.
Our focus is on combining these three elements into one seamless and rewarding experience. While we’re not a learn-to-swim club, we welcome athletes who are already comfortable in the water and on the bike. If you’re looking to improve your skills, build confidence, and train with a motivating community, GTC is the place for you.

Our NCCP certified triathlon coaches will teach you the basics of triathlon, covering topics like training techniques, nutrition, race day preparation, open water swimming, cycling, running, transitions, injury prevention, proper training attire, equipment, and more. Our Beginner Clinics will also help new athletes to overcome uncertainties or anxieties that athletes may experience when competing in an event for the first time.
