Each Member of the Organization is expected to support the mission statement of the GTC. Members shall treat other members, coaches and Executive Members with respect and dignity. Physical or verbal abuse is not tolerated and, if complaints of such behaviour are founded upon investigation by the Executive, will result in expulsion of the member from the GTC with no monetary refund. That Member will be permitted to return the following year under advisory of the Executive.
No Member is permitted to participate in GTC programing if it is apparent the person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All Members shall respect the property of others and not willfully cause damage.
Members shall abstain from the non-medical use of drugs or the use of performance-enhancing drugs.
If a member experiences, become aware of, or witness behaviour of a member or leader that does not meet the GTC’s Code of Conduct, report the issue to any member of the Executive Committee.
