Dryland warm-up: 9:10 – 9:30 AM
Coached swim practice: 9:30 – 11:00 AM
- All swim levels are welcome, as workouts are accommodated to suit your needs.
- To keep your personal belongings safe while at practice, please make sure to bring a lock so they can be stored safely in a visitor locker OR bring your belongings with you ON DECK, and leave them there until after your swim where they will be safely guarded.
- Consider bringing – a swim cap, goggles, hydration + water bottle, fins, pull buoy, towel, lock for locker, and post-workout recovery nutrition.
