Coached Swim Practice: 9:30 – 11:00 AM
Overview:
Our swim session begins with a 20-minute dryland warm-up to prepare your body for the pool workout. Our structured swim practices are led by highly qualified coaches and cater to all swimming abilities, from beginner triathletes to competitive athletes.
The focus is on improving swim technique, building endurance, and progressing at your own pace. Our head coach offers stroke improvement tips to help you reach your personal goals for the upcoming triathlon season.
What to Bring:
Note: Personal belongings can be stored safely in a locker (bring your lock) or kept on deck during practice.
All swim levels are welcome, with workouts adjusted to meet individual needs.
