Overview:
This training day is for GTC members with the full year annual membership. No matter your fitness level or triathlon distance you’re training for, you’ll fit right in. Go at your own pace and take breaks as you need to.
What to Bring:
Arrival Instructions:
Plan to arrive early as it will take 25 minutes to unload, park and set up before the workout begins. Pull right up to the entry door. GTC members will be there to help unload and bring your stuff in. Go park and come back to get set up. If you finish setting up, we ask that you continue to help others set up so we’re all good to start on time. Please don’t be late, and if you are, come in and set up as best you can without interrupting any others, then jump into the workout when you can.
Ensure your run shoes are clean and dry and also make sure your bike wheels are clean before bringing it indoors. If you have sharp edges on your trainer, be sure to protect the flooring with an extra towel underneath it.
Note: Personal belongings can be kept with you during practice.
All levels are welcome, with workouts adjusted to meet individual needs.
