
GTCs Summer Beginner’s Triathlon Clinic is an 8-week program running from July 8 through to September 2, with memberships remaining active until the end of the year.
Wednesday BRIC (bike and run) workouts are led by two certified NCCP Triathlon Coaches, and are designed for beginner, experienced, and competitive triathletes, as well as those who are new to fitness.
Participants will complete the workouts at their own pace, with a designated coach available at each session to provide additional support and hands-on guidance, especially for those new to triathlon.
Note: Please arrive early to allow enough time to check your bike, pump your tires, warm up, and receive workout instructions from the coach.
