GTC’s regular weekly Open Water Endurance Swim workout. A lifeguard and kayak are present at every swim.
βοΈ Swimmers must stick to the designated swim times (see below).
π« No swimming outside of these times is permitted.
β³ Please pace your session so you can finish your final lap and exit the water before the swim time ends.
β Lingering in the water after the session ends is not allowed.

π Tuesday: 6:30 β 7:30 AM

Thursday: 6:00 β 7:30 PM
βοΈ Sunday: 7:00 β 8:30 AM
π Please plan to finish your final lap and exit the water before the session ends.
Note:
Tuesday and Sunday morning endurance swims are not instructed. These swims are a great opportunity for members of all abilities to practice swim techniques and swim at your own pace. A coach and a lifeguard in a kayak are always present.
